PIZZA DOUGH INGREDIENTS

  • 3 1/2 - 4 Cups Bread Flour 1 1/2 Cups Warm Water (90 -110 Degrees F) 1 Packet or 1 tsp Instant or Active Yeast 2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp. Salt

PIZZA DOUGH INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1. Add Warm Water to a bowl, add Yeast (check yeast expiration date) and dilute in water, add salt, and oil.

  2. 2. Now add 3 cups of Bread Flour, and mix with your hands and push dough from the outside inward to the center.

  3. 3. At this point your Pizza Dough will be sticky, you will slowly add the last ½ cup of Bread Flour until you reach a bouncy consistency, and just at the point where the dough is no longer sticking to your hands.

  4. 4. Portion dough and place in a container and cover at room temperature for 45 mins or until the dough rises about 50% if you are going to use it today. If you are pre-making dough, put it directly in the refrigerator and use it within 3 days, the dough will rise in the refrigerator.
